What is KODA Cash Flow?

KODA Cash Flow is a direct payment system that helps you collect payments, donations, support, deposits, bookings, or recurring contributions through a branded payment page, QR code, and follow-up automation.

Who is KODA Cash Flow for?

KODA Cash Flow is built for creators, coaches, nonprofits, churches, events, and local businesses that want a cleaner way to get paid and keep track of the people who pay or support them.

How is this different from Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo?

Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo help you receive money. KODA Cash Flow helps you collect the payment, capture the contact, track the source, and follow up afterward.

How is this different from Buy Me a Coffee or Patreon?

Those platforms are mainly creator-support platforms. KODA Cash Flow is built as a payment and follow-up system for creators, businesses, organizations, churches, events, coaches, and local brands that want more control over the customer relationship.

Do I need Stripe?

Yes. KODA Cash Flow connects with Stripe so you can accept payments securely. If you do not already have a Stripe account, we can walk you through the setup process during onboarding.

Are there processing fees?

Yes. Standard payment processor fees may apply through Stripe or your connected payment processor. KODA Cash Flow does not replace your payment processor.

Does KODA Cash Flow take a percentage of my payments?

No added KODA platform percentage is taken from your payments. Processor fees may still apply.

What happens after I sign up?

After checkout, you’ll complete a short onboarding form. Then you’ll book a setup call so we can walk through your Cash Flow page, payment setup, QR code, and launch steps.

What do I get with Basic?

Basic is for one simple payment system. It includes one branded Cash Flow page, one QR code, payment/contact capture, basic follow-up, and a setup call.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro includes everything in Basic, plus more campaign options, advanced tracking, follow-up automation, and tools for running multiple payment or support campaigns.

Can I use this for donations?

Yes. KODA Cash Flow can be used for donations, giving, support, fundraising campaigns, recurring contributions, and community-based support.

Can I use this for events?

Yes. Event hosts can use KODA Cash Flow for tickets, vendor fees, sponsorships, deposits, table fees, and event-related payments.

Can I use this for my business?

Yes. Local businesses can use KODA Cash Flow to collect payments, deposits, customer information, and follow-up opportunities.

Can I use a QR code?

Yes. Your Cash Flow setup includes a QR code that can be placed on flyers, tables, counters, signs, videos, livestreams, event booths, or social media graphics.

Can people pay from their phone?

Yes. Your Cash Flow page is mobile-friendly, so people can scan your QR code or open your link and pay from their phone.

Do I need a website?

No. KODA Cash Flow can work even if you do not have a full website. You get a direct payment page that you can share by link or QR code.

Can I collect recurring payments?

Yes. Depending on your setup, you can collect one-time payments and recurring contributions.

Will you build the page for me?

Yes. KODA Cash Flow includes guided setup. We help prepare your payment page, QR code, and launch flow based on your onboarding details.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel future billing before your next renewal date. Setup fees and completed billing periods may be non-refundable according to the Refund Policy.

Is KODA Cash Flow a payment processor?

No. KODA Cash Flow is a setup, payment page, CRM, QR code, and automation system. Payments are processed through Stripe or your connected payment processor.

Does KODA Cash Flow guarantee more sales or donations?

No. KODA Cash Flow provides the tools and setup, but results depend on your audience, offer, promotion, pricing, and follow-up. We do not guarantee a specific revenue result.
