Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of KODA Cash Flow, a service provided by KODA Systems.

By purchasing KODA Cash Flow, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, account setup, page creation, payment setup, QR code creation, workflow setup, or other setup work has begun.

This is because setup work requires time, labor, configuration, and preparation specific to your account.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are billed according to the plan you selected.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

You may cancel future billing before your next renewal date.

3. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged according to the plan you selected.

4. Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting:

Cancellation stops future billing after the cancellation is processed.

Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.

5. Payment Processor Fees

Processor fees may apply to payments made through Stripe or another payment processor.

Payment processor fees may not be refundable depending on the processor’s policies.

6. No Refund for Lack of Use

KODA Cash Flow provides access, setup, tools, and automation support.

Failure to use the service, complete onboarding, attend a setup call, promote your page, or share your link does not automatically qualify for a refund.

We will review the issue and determine whether a correction, credit, or refund is appropriate.

8. No Revenue Guarantee

KODA Cash Flow does not guarantee sales, donations, payments, revenue, bookings, or business results.

Refunds are not provided because a customer did not achieve a specific financial result.
