These Terms of Service apply to your use of KODA Cash Flow, a service provided by KODA Systems.

By purchasing, accessing, or using KODA Cash Flow, you agree to these Terms.

1. What KODA Cash Flow Provides

KODA Cash Flow helps customers create and manage direct payment pages, QR codes, contact capture, payment follow-up, onboarding flows, and related automation tools.

Depending on your plan, KODA Cash Flow may include setup support, payment page creation, QR code creation, CRM features, forms, funnels, workflows, text/email communication, reporting, and related tools.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

You are responsible for your own products, services, offers, donations, events, business practices, taxes, refunds, customer communication, and legal compliance.

You agree not to use KODA Cash Flow for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or prohibited activity.

3. Payments and Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another connected payment processor.

Processor fees may apply.

KODA Cash Flow does not replace your payment processor. Your use of Stripe or another processor may also be governed by that processor’s own terms and policies.

4. No Revenue Guarantee

KODA Cash Flow provides tools, setup support, and automation systems.

We do not guarantee that you will earn a specific amount of money, receive a specific number of payments, increase donations, increase sales, or achieve any specific business result.

Your results depend on your offer, audience, promotion, pricing, follow-up, and other factors outside of our control.

5. Account Access

If you receive access to a KODA Cash Flow account or dashboard, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Email and SMS Communication

By using KODA Cash Flow, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, phone, or other communication methods for onboarding, account updates, setup, support, billing, appointment reminders, and service-related communication.

You may opt out of promotional messages where applicable.

7. Customer Data

You are responsible for the contacts, customers, donors, supporters, leads, and other information you collect through your Cash Flow page or account.

You agree to use customer data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Service Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of KODA Cash Flow at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KODA Cash Flow after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future subscription charges.

Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments, setup fees, or charges already processed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KODA Systems is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of KODA Cash Flow.
